1. Insert date in the form YYYY/MM/DD e.g. 25th, December, 2004 would become 2004/12/25.
2. Insert message in Message box.
3. If you require the information to be inserted into the tour dates section of 'Ticket To Ryde' site, check the checkbox to the right of Ticket To Ryde, and complete the remaining text fields.
4. Click 'Insert'.
